What we keep, and why.

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we don't sell it, and we delete it when you ask.

01Who we are

HVN is run by HVN Group Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. We build websites for clinics and local service businesses in Australia and Hong Kong.

02What we collect on this site

  • When you ask for a preview: your website address and your email address.
  • Alongside that, automatically: the date and time, the country your request came from, your browser type, and how you reached the page if you followed a tracked link.
  • Standard server logs kept by our host (Vercel), such as IP address and pages requested.

There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

03Clinics we contact first

To build a preview we use information your business has already published: your website, and your Google Business profile (services, opening hours, photos and public reviews). If we email you before you've contacted us, it's to the business address published on your website, about your website. Reply "no thanks" and we won't contact you again.

Previews sit on a private link that search engines are told not to index. We take a preview down when you ask, or 30 days after we first send it.

04How we use it

Only to build your preview, send it to you, and talk to you about it. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

05Who else handles it

A few services process data for us, some of them outside Australia and Hong Kong:

  • Vercel: website hosting and the sign-up form.
  • Google Workspace: our email.
  • Resend: notification emails when you sign up.
  • Notion: our list of enquiries and clients.
  • Apollo: sending and tracking replies to our first emails to clinics.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't hear back from are deleted within 12 months. For clients, we keep what we need to run your site and meet our accounting obligations.

07Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email te [at] hvngroup.co and we'll reply within five business days.
